Wrote IHA’s award-winning booklet on healthcare communication, which, along with Gilberto's creative direction and design, won the Health Care Communications of Southern California (HCC) award for "Finest Award Winner" for excellence in healthcare communication. Co-wrote IHA’s booklets on managing diabetes and blood pressure.
